How to make a ‘staub duke’ with a ‘dutch oven’
Posted November 16, 2018 07:53:51 It may seem like a daunting task to make your own staub, but in reality it’s really easy.
If you’re just starting out, you can use a staustre oven to prepare your staubs, but if you want to experiment a little bit more you’ll need to get a good quality one and then you can make your very own staaub.
I have a very simple recipe for making my very own Staub (or Dunk), and I’m sharing it with you now so you can get an idea of how easy it is.
The basic idea is to put the dough in a large bowl.
Then add a tablespoon of flour, a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon or two of baking powder.
Let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Then it can be baked at 400 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
The best time to do this is on the day you’re baking it, but you can also make it the night before if you’d like.
The dough should be quite sticky when it comes out of the bowl, but that’s to be expected.
If this is the first time you’ve made staaubs, then the dough may be a bit tough to work with.
That’s okay, because it’s a good idea to start off by adding the flour and baking powder and gradually work your way up to the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
It’s not as hard as you might think, but it’s still not easy.
You can also just add the dough and leave it in the bowl for a few hours and then make your dough.
The baking powder adds a nice texture to the dough, and the baking soda makes it a bit softer and easier to work.
The Dough should be soft and sticky at the bottom.
If the dough is too tough to handle, you’ll have to add a little more flour and bake the dough for a little longer.
After the dough has risen, the dough can be rolled out into balls and cut into strips.
You can then shape them into dukes, or cut them into smaller pieces and serve them on top of your baked goodies.
